ImmunoBase is a web based resource focused on the genetics and genomics of immunologically related human diseases. Our mission is to provide a curated and integrated set of datasets and tools, across multiple diseases, to support and promote research in this area.

We are gradually moving the functionality that ImmunoBase provides over to Open Targets Genetics.

ImmunoBase summary statistics for curated studies are still available here (GWAS) and here (iChip). For an up-to-date list of disease-associated variants, and the latest summary stats, please refer to the GWAS Catalog.
